Intact Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
Intact works without an account or login. Nearby file contents travel between the two devices. To find a device by PIN, we temporarily process its name, identifier, network address and connection details. These details are removed when Receive closes and expire after 10 minutes without renewal. Connection IP addresses and request counts are briefly retained to limit repeated lookups and automatically deleted.
2. Link sharing
Web receive relays encrypted data in real time without saving file contents or names in server storage. Pairing PINs, temporary access details and expiry metadata are kept for up to 30 minutes and then deleted. A one-way representation of the connection IP and request count are retained for one minute to limit requests. Sender originals and files already saved on the PC remain after disconnection. Network providers participate in processing connections and transfers.
When you share a link, files are encrypted on your device before being stored temporarily on our servers (cloud storage). The encryption key exists only as part of the link address and is never sent to us, so we cannot see file contents or file names. The server stores only the link ID, expiry time, total size, item count, download count and a hash of the PIN, and deletes everything automatically at expiry (30 days at most). Revoking a link deletes it immediately.
3. Device permissions
- Photos: only to pick items to send and to save received items.
- Camera: only to scan QR codes; no frames are stored or transmitted.
- Local network · Bluetooth · Nearby devices: to find devices on the same Wi‑Fi or via direct link and transfer to them.
- Notifications (Android): to show transfer progress.
4. Cloud upload
Google Drive upload uses the Google account you sign in with, with the minimal scope that only reaches files created by the app. Handling of uploaded files is governed by Google's policies. iCloud Drive / Files saving uses the iOS system share feature.
5. Stored data and deletion
Transfer history (peer device name, item count, size, time), trusted devices and settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you clear them in the app or delete the app.
6. In‑app purchases
Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never receive payment details. Only the purchase state (Pro or not) is stored on the device.
7. Advertising, third parties and analytics
We use no analytics SDK. Free users see a Google AdMob banner only on the transfer-complete screen. There are no ads during a transfer or in file lists, and Pro users see no ads at all.
Ad requests are sent as non-personalized. The advertising SDK never receives the files you send, their names, or recipient details; only the advertising identifier and coarse request information that Google uses to serve and measure ads is shared with Google, handled under the Google advertising policies.
In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and applicable US states a consent screen appears before the first ad, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options in the app.
8. Contact form
The email address and message you send via the in‑app or web contact form are kept at hello@lunalink.co.kr solely to reply to you.
9. Children
This app is not directed at children under 14.
