Intact Terms of Use

1. Service
Intact is a device‑to‑device file transfer app provided by LUNALINK, offering nearby transfer, link sharing and cloud upload.
2. Your responsibilities
You must own or have the right to transfer the files you send. You may not use the service to transfer or share content that infringes others' rights or violates law. We cannot see the contents of shared links, but may delete a link upon a lawful request.
3. Link sharing limits
Links are deleted at the expiry you set or when you revoke them. We may delete links earlier for security or operational reasons and do not provide backups of linked files. Keep your own copies of important files.
4. Lossless verification
Intact compares fingerprints to confirm transferred files match the originals. How the receiving gallery app displays or plays a file is up to that app and is not guaranteed by us.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Pro is an auto‑renewing subscription or one‑time purchase through the App Store / Google Play. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; refunds follow each store's policy.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, failed transfers or device compatibility issues.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
